Super Peanut Buttery NoBake Bites

Peanut butter lovers rejoice because you can now take pb to go. This recipe will take you under twenty minutes from start to finish and will yield about sixteen bites. It requires no baking and packs in the flavor by substituting chocolate chips for pb chips. Store them in the fridge to keep the ingredients of each bite packed in securely. 




Nutritional Info:

▹Per serving: 203 calories, 17 carbs, 12 fat, 8 protein, 60 sodium, 5 sugar

Tools Needed:
▹Large bowl

Time Needed:
▹10 minutes to prepare
▹10 minutes to chill

Ingredients:
▹1 cup old-fashioned oats (I use bob's red mill)
▹1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup
▹1/2 cup natural peanut butter
▹1/4 cup peanut butter chips
▹1 tsp vanilla extract
▹2 tbsp ground flaxseed
▹Pinch of salt

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl
2. Thoroughly mix ingredients using hands
3. Chill for (at least) 10 minutes
4. Roll un-baked peanut butter oat dough into 16 balled bites
5. Store in refrigerator

Notes:
▹You can technically skip step 3 but I have found chilling the dough helps ingredients stick more to each other and less to your hands
▹Feel free to substitute and/or add: chocolate chips, chia seeds, ground walnuts, etc.
